تولید کامپوزیت های نانوساختار آلومینیوم- کاربید بور به روش اتصال تجمعی نورد

چکیده

کامپوزیت‌های Al/B4C توجه بسیاری از پژوهشگران و صنعتگران حوزه-های نظامی، هسته‌ای، حمل و نقل و رایانه را به خود جلب کرده است. در این پژوهش، ساختار ورق‌های این مواد کامپوزیتی تولید شده با روشی بر پایه اتصال تجمعی نورد مورد توجه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که با بکارگیری کاهش سطح مقطع نوردی 66 درصد در مراحل افزودن لایه‌ی تقویت کننده و پس از آن با کاهش سطح مقطع 50 درصد، جوش سردی مناسب بین ورق‌ها ایجاد می‌شود. تجزیه و تحلیل اشعه‌ی ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری نشان داد که پس از 7 سیکل اتصال تجمعی نورد، دانه‌هایی نانوساختار و کشیده شده در جهت نورد توسعه می-یابند. افزون بر این، پس از 7 سیکل اتصال تجمعی نورد، توزیعی مناسب از ذرات تقویت کننده‌ی کاربید بور در زمینه‌ی نانوساختار آلومینیوم بدست آمد که بیانگر کارایی مناسب این روش تولید است.
